Q1)The principal wanted the students to have a habit to go home right after school and want them to have responsibility to reach home right after the has ended.
Q2)I agree on this rule. this can make the students go home to see their parents to have more time accompany them and share time together.It also let the parents know that their kids are safe and not mixing with bad company.
